Our house is situated at 1,100 m with a view to the mountains and ski resort Alpbach. We are located on the sunny side. By car from the shops and the lifts in 5 minutes.

Beside the house is our farm. The children can go to the barn with the animals or ride the ponies with our daughter. Also there is a playground and toys for the children. Bed linen, towels, crockery, towels and shower, a hairdryer and ski boots are in the house. The gym is also at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. Fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, 4 plate stove with oven and hob, pans and utensils for 12 people. The sauna is in the apartment. For the garden we have umbrellas and chairs for you. Quiet location. Beautiful views of the mountains and the village of Alpbach. The living room is a music system and television. A gym is also at your disposal. The villa is also for older guests who seek peace and tranquility very recommendable. The apartment may not be smoked. Pets are not allowed. Suitable for allergy sufferers.

Internet access with WLAN. All guests a free ride.
