It consists of one bedroom with double bed and a little balcony; further it has one bathroom with shower, a nice living-/dining-room with an extendible couch, provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player, and one fully-fitted kitchen.
Outside, this apartment, which is situated at the first floor, has a little terrace in the garden, with garden furniture and two loungers; there is one parking place.

The apartments of Villa Adrian are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town Rovinj. Villa Adrian was built in 2006 and it consists of three nice apartments of different sizes, which are furnished in a modern and luxurious style.
Villa Adrian is only about 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket and a newspaper kiosk are not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only 3-4 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, gourmet restaurants, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.
