Our cottage is an inexpensive, beautiful, quiet and easily accessible location in the tourist district of Small Palit. It was built in 2002. We offer 2 apartments (Marjeta + Tina), each of 120m ² size, for up to 8 people. Both apartments are categorized. After consulting the whole house can be rented out, which means room for 12-16 persons .. The house is a 2000m ² large garden with playground / swing, grill grate, parasol, deck chairs.
The sea-old town RAB is 200m. Nature Komrcar, shopping center, sports center with three sand tennis courts, bike paths and boat rentals are from our house not far away (2-3 walking minutes).

Rab is a paradise island with several bays and beaches. The village lies in the Eufemiabucht the peninsula and is Frkanj before the open sea protected. Palit is the youngest settlement on the island of Rab and was only in the last century in a fertile valley up. The place is because of its proximity to the city and its magnificent beach promenade is very popular. The promenade starts at Soline the sand bank at the monastery of St. Eufemia and ends below the old town. In the summer months offer popular coves for swimming, even FFK beach.
Holiday appartament Marjeta (Year: 2002 / renovation: 2008) ...
120qm is big and is located in the entire ground floor of the house. It has 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds). Each of the 3 rooms has a shower / WC + terrace. In the kitchen stands a large dining table. SAT-TV with English programs, ADSL Internet are also available.
Holiday Appartament TINA is 120m ² and offers the entire first floor space for 8 persons. 3 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed is available. Also includes 3 x shower, toilet, kitchen and living room with dining table for 8 people, 2 long front and rear balconies.
