This comfortable villa lies in a quiet cul de sack with ample parking. It is only 5 minutes on foot to the beach or village centre. Casa Maresol is the middle house in a row of 3 houses (townhouses). On the first floor you have a well equipped lounge- dining room with SAT-TV (with many international stations) as well as a fire place, a modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with deepfreeze etc., a guest toilet, a large veranda with sea view and a BBQ. On the ground floor there are three modern well equipped bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower, one with a bath, one of them en suite. A partly covered terrace and a garden. The villa is cleaned twice a week as well as the towels. Sheets are changed once a week. Everything is included in the stated price. There are no extra charges. |
